Riham had her bachelor degree in Kindergarten in 1997 from Cairo University and this was the gate from where she set her journey toward professional development.
She has been awarded “Post Graduate Diploma of counseling non-ordinary people” from Ain Shames University, Faculty of Education in 1998. Then she has been awarded “Post Graduate Diploma of mental health” from the same university in 1999. Her continuous learning journey did not stop and she continued to have her pre-master from Ain Shames University in 2000 and she was nominated to have “Professional Diploma for Educators (integrated technology in classroom)” The American University in Cairo 2014.
Riham started her work as a Kindergarten Teacher in governmental schools. Step by step she was chosen to be a KG deputy manager in early childhood deputy center from 2003 till 2014. She is all the time seeking development, so she worked as education assistant consultant during the UNESCO project with the ministry of education developing early childhood education in Egypt. She worked as a member of the technical committee in setting new curriculum for kindergarten. Moreover, as a trainer in the same project to train the KG teachers all over Egypt in the developing curriculum-2004/2008.And became a certified trainer form Teachers’ professional academy 2012
She did many jobs and that was the reason she was awarded many rewards “Certificate of Merit from the President of the Central Administration of Basic Education and Kindergarten from 2004 until 2013”. “First place originally and the second place globally in international competition leaders to advocate Early Childhood Development (ECD) issues in my own society 2014”. “Get the Order of Distinction from the first layer from the President of the Republic in the Teacher’s Day 2014”.
Riham’s quote is “Never lose hope” and she really does that. She can set her aims clear and she struggles hard to fulfil them in a right way.
